Hello from the OrthsWe are a small, family breeder with a huge love for English Cream Golden's located in a community just outside of Spokane, Washington.Bart serves as a pastor in one of the local churches and is actively involved in many aspects of our city from children to seniors. Heather enjoys being able to stay at home with our four-year old son Benjamin who is a bundle of fun and a great joy to us. We are currently a year into the process of adopting a young sibling group from Ethiopia and look forward to bringing them home sometime this next year.Growing up with dogs always in the home, we were first introduced to Golden Retrievers long ago. However, when we learned about English Creams it was "love at first sight"!If you are new to English Cream Golden Retreivers, let us tell you a little about them! These dogs are fun-loving, playful yet calm...a perfect family dog. They are very similar in most ways to the American Golden Retriever, but they tend to have a blockier head, a calmer tempermant, and a creamy, near white coat. You will simply fall in love with our Sweet Cream Goldens with thier loyalty, affection, beauty, and intellence. It is rooted out of our love for these perfect pets that we have chosen to raise them and allow families like ours the joy of experiencing the sweet companionship they have to offer.

Puppy Purchase Agreement

Congratulations on soon being the new owner of a special puppy! All of our English Cream Golden Retriever puppies come with a 24-month health guarantee. Your puppy will be ready with proper vaccinations and a well puppy certification from our vet. Before leaving our home, all puppies are: • Completely Vet Health Checked • Vaccinated • De-wormed • Dewclaws Removed • Loved and Socialized! 1. Our Puppies are ready to go to their new homes at 8 weeks old. It is best for the puppy's well-being and social skills to remain with their litter mates until 8 weeks old. 2. We give a written 24-Month Health Guarantee with all puppies for Hips, Elbows, Heart and Eyes. 3. We require a $300.00 deposit to hold a puppy. Deposit may be paid through PayPal, Bank Check or of course, cash! 4. All of our puppies at Sweet Cream Goldens will come with AKC Limited Registration Papers, unless otherwise agreed upon (Limited Registration allows you to register your puppy with AKC as a pet, but are under a Spay/Neuter Contract). Puppies are FULL English Cream Golden Retrievers, both parents are registered with AKC, and have OFA/BVA Certifications Hips/Elbows/Eyes & Heart. 5. Puppy price is $1500-1750. Males are $1500, Females are $1750. Under some circumstances we will sell a puppy with Unlimited Registration for an additional expense.6. Full purchase price is due at the time of puppy pick up. We accept only cash the day of pick up so please plan accordingly. We will accept full payment by PayPal or Bank check at least 4 days in advance of pick up.7. All Puppies come with a 24-Month Health Guarantee, Vet Certificate, AKC Papers, Puppy Food samples and a familiar puppy toy. 8. We offer shipping if needed. In the event the puppy is to be shipped, Buyer shall be responsible for all associated costs. BREEDER AGREES:1. Breeder guarantees that puppy has had proper care to date and has been checked by a veterinarian. Puppy has received its first shots and been de-wormed. Shot records will be furnished at the time of purchase. If puppy is being shipped, a copy of the shots & de-worm records will be shipped to the buyer. 2. If within 72 hours of receiving the puppy and he/she is examined by a reputable veterinarian and the health of the puppy is found to be at serious risk due to a congenital defect (existing at birth), owner shall notify breeder and provide a written statement from a licensed vet describing puppys condition and shall return the puppy and papers to the breeder within three days of the examination. Breeder will replace puppy or refund the full price of the puppy provided puppy is in the same condition mentally and physically as when originally purchased. This does not include worms, fleas, mites, coccidiosis, giardia, or any other parasites, as they are common in dogs and puppies. Breeder assumes no responsibility for veterinarian or shipping fees.3. Breeder is not responsible if puppy contracts a communicable disease after leaving breeders possession.4. Breeder guarantees puppy against any congenital defect causing death of or making necessary euthanasia until one year of age.5. Breeder offers a two-year hip and elbow guarantee on any puppy found to have moderate or severely affected hip or elbow dysplasia. The following applies: The puppy must have a new x-ray by your veterinarian to confirm the diagnosis and it must be documented by an official OFA preliminary consultation.6. Breeder offers a two-year heart guarantee on any puppy found to have a severe heart murmur (Grade 5/6 or 6/6). The following applies: The puppy must have a canine cardiologist perform an echogram to confirm the diagnosis.7. Breeder offers a two-year guarantee on any puppy found to have congenital eye disease as diagnosed by a board certified veterinary ophthalmologist. 8. Upon receipt of a letter to breeder from a reputable veterinarian stating that in his/her opinion this condition is congenital, puppy will be replaced by a puppy of equal value at breeders convenience. We reserve the right to have a second opinion from our veterinarian. We also reserve the right to acquire DNA to determine the dog or puppy as one of our lineages.9. Breeder does not guarantee color, size, championship, or temperament of any puppy.10. Breeder retains the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel this contract at any time and for any reason prior to the puppy reaching 8 weeks of age. If the Breeder opts to cancel this contract, Breeder shall refund Buyers deposit within one week of said cancellation.LIMITATIONS OF GUARANTEEThe Following Will Void All Guarantees:1. Allowing your dog to become obese or underfed at any time. • Underfed: Ribs are highly visible. (Ideal Body Condition: Can feel and see outline of ribs. Dog has waist when viewed from above. Belly is tucked when viewed from the side.) • Overfed: Dog has no waist when viewed from above. Belly is rounded when viewed from the side.2. Evidence of neglect or abuse.3. Previous related trauma (broken bones, related injuries, etc.)4. Dog has been bred.5. Feeding this dog anything other than a premium quality dog food. We recommend Blue Buffalo; Large Breed Puppy food.6. Evidence of Strenuous Exercise for example: No treadmill, no jogging, no extensive standing on back of legs or excessive retrieving or playing on slippery floors.7. We are not responsible for accidents, negligence or poisonings. 8. This guarantee is non-transferable. Puppy must be owned by the original owner named in this agreement. RETURNSIn the case of sudden demise of puppy, breeder must receive a written notice of puppys death from owners vet, along with a necropsy report indicating cause of death A licensed veterinarian must do all laboratory verifications. Should an animal purchased under this agreement be returned for any reason whatsoever, the buyer/owner is responsible for all transportation expenses, veterinarian charges, crate fees, airfreight charges, and transport fees to and from the involved airports. Should an exchange animal be agreed upon, Buyer shall be responsible for any and all costs, charges and/or fees associated with transportation of the exchange animal from Seller to Buyer. BUYER AGREES:1. To have puppy examined within 72 hours of purchase by a licensed veterinarian to validate this guarantee. If the puppy is returned due to illness, a verified letter from the veterinarian is required.2. The puppy is not being purchased for resale and will never be sold to a pet shop, puppy mill or agent of the same.3. To provide all annual vet exams and to continue all required vaccine shots as recommended by their vet. It is important the puppy has all puppy shots, and their yearly boosters. Failure to comply with and provide documentation of these requirements voids all guarantees.4. Buyer is to spay or neuter their dog within one year of age. Their dog can produce no litters. A copy of your puppies AKC Limited Registration will be given upon pick-up of the puppy. The actual registration paper will not be given until a Sweet Cream Goldens is mailed a proof of spay/neuter.5. To provide adequate housing away from the elements. Buyer will have a fenced yard or kennel if the dog will be housed outside. The Buyer will groom, train, and care for this dog in the manner consistent with high quality animal husbandry.6. The value of the pet for the purpose of this guarantee is solely the original purchase price of the pet, and does not include any additional prices declared by the buyer, such as value of show dog, shipping or training fees.7. That the Buyer will return their Golden to Sweet Cream Goldens if the Buyer is unable or unwilling for any reason to care for their Golden. Buyer agrees that they will never surrender their dog to a dog rescue, or animal shelter.8. This agreement shall be deemed consummated in Stevens County and shall be governed by the laws of the state of Washington. If for any reason litigations should occur, the venue shall lie in Colville or Spokane, WA. Breeder will not be responsible for any costs associated with this process.This Purchase Agreement must be printed out, signed and returned to Sweet Cream Goldens when the deposit is placed to reserve your puppy.It is our sincere hope that you will enjoy your puppy for years to come. We have taken steps to ensure that your new puppy has been well socialized, fed a premium puppy food, and provided a daily vitamin (Doc Roys Daily Care). We strongly recommended buyer to continue to give puppy a vitamin supplement such as NuVet, Doc Roys Daily Care, or Nupro each day; they can be ordered online at Revival Animal Health. These provide antioxidants and vitamins that give a tremendous boost to the immune system, help prevent skin and coat problems and provide a defense against major diseases including hip and elbow dysplasia possibly extending the life span of your dog.
