Step 1: Start With a Simple Conversation

The process always begins with a conversation, not a contract. Contact us, and we will talk about a few things together.

There is no pressure at this stage. We simply want to understand what you and your family are hoping for.

Step 2: Secure Your Spot With a $500 Deposit

Once you are ready to move forward, a $500 deposit secures your place on our reservation list. A few important details apply here.

1. Deposits are accepted on a first come, first served basis.

2. Payment can be made by check, money order, or cash.

3. Your name is added to our master reservation list in the order your deposit is received.

4. The deposit is non refundable, though it may be transferable to a future litter in some cases.

This system keeps things fair. The earlier you reserve, the earlier you get to choose your puppy once a litter arrives.

Step 3: Weekly Updates While You Wait

Waiting for a litter to arrive does not mean waiting in silence. Once your chosen litter is born, we send regular updates so you can watch your future puppy grow.

You will receive:

• Weekly photos of the puppies

• Short videos showing personality and progress

• Milestone updates as puppies grow toward 8 weeks old

Step 4: Puppy Selection Day

When puppies are born, families choose in the same order their deposits were received. This means your position on the list directly affects when you get to pick.

Step 5: Preparing for Go Home Day

Puppies are ready to leave for their new homes at 8 weeks old, often on a Friday. This timing matters. Staying with littermates until 8 weeks supports healthy development and stronger social skills.

Before pickup day, here is what typically happens.

1. Final payment is arranged, generally by Venmo or bank check a few days in advance, or cash on pickup day.

2. Your puppy receives a final vet check, along with age appropriate shots and deworming.

3. Your puppy packet is prepared, filled with health records, AKC paperwork, and care guidance.

4. You confirm pickup details, or shipping details if you live out of state.
   

Local Pickup or Nationwide Shipping

Families join us from all over the country, so we offer two simple paths home.

1. Local pickup - Many families drive or fly into the Spokane, Washington area to meet us in person. It is a wonderful chance to see where your puppy was raised and meet the parent dogs firsthand.

2. Nationwide shipping - For families further away, we coordinate with trusted pet courier services. Your puppy travels safely, and we remain in close contact throughout the process.
